BERLIN
Berlin is one of many cat designs in the composer series. Named for Irving Berlin and reminiscent of a White Christmas, this intermediate embroidery is stitched on 24 count white Congress cloth.
A wide variety of stitches, dance across the design in combinations of cotton, silk and metallic threads. Although a materials list is given, the stitcher is encouraged to pull white and silver threads from her personal stash.
This is a design in the Pandora Class of designs. We will be "lifting the lid on the box" and exploring possibilities. Although the stitches are covered in class the stitcher is encouraged to use creativity when placing them. No two cats will be the same as the one pictured.
Think snow! Think icicles and snowflakes! Think winter and the holidays!
