Casalguidi Garden

The Garden explores Casalguidi style embroidery. Pearl cotton and beads on 32 count linen create the scissors case. Stitches include: single buttonhole bars, double buttonhole bars, buttonhole stitch triangles, bullion stitch, woven bars, woven picots and wrapping. Both embellishing and some finishing will be executed during class. The student will be guided through the stitching steps in a structured manner. A small amount of prestitching is necessary.
